Hello I have installed the windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit on mine system and from last one week when I turn on the system the motherboard screen comes up 2 times and also the Microsoft loading windows and after that mine screen goes blank. From last one week when ever restart mine system I have get this issue and also I get the error message saying:” '0xc0000103 the application failed to initialize properly. Click ok to terminate the application'. And after that I have clicked on ok button and after that nothing. Now I don’t what to do, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue and so that I can work with mine system.

Hello I have faced the same issue on mine system and I have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and finally I have tried to start the system on the safe mode and after that I have solved mine issue and so I would like to starts your system on the safe mode and after that go through your system, you need to restart the system and while starting your system hit the F8 key constantly and after that you will get the windows and under that select the safe mode. I would like to suggest you to perform the startup repair o your system and after that let me know the issue. To do this you need to go through the following steps: first to do this you need to have installation CD. First insert the installation CD on your system and after that restart the system. While restarting your system hit the any key to boot the CD or DVD and after that you get the information and under that type the all information and after that click on the next button. Now on the setup windows make click on the startup repair option and after that once you done and after that go through your issue.

I think you have issue on the operating system and I have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and after that I have contact the manufacturer of the system and after that I have gone through mine issue with them and they have solved mine issue and so I would like to suggest you to make contact with the manufacturer where you bought the system and after that they will solve your issue.
