Windows 7: Windows Folder Missing

For some reason my default libraries are hidden. In order to fix this, I read that you have to C:\Users\(Your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries and make sure that it is not assigned as hidden in its properties. However, when I was navigating to the ...Roaming\Microsoft\Windows folder, I found that the Windows folder is not there so I have no way of fixing my libraries invisibility?

I tried restoring their default properties and that didn't seem to do anything, and there's no "properties" option when I right click on Libraries from the sidebar. :/

Does anyone here know how to fix this? I couldn't find anything when I Googled; only things that were irrelevant. This is a frustrating problem indeed. -.-

Its little surprising that you dont have Microsoft\Windows folder, also you are not able to "Restore Defaults" Anyways, what i can suggest you at the point is Try to Restore your system to any previous points if it was working fine before. Also, check out this similar thread, hope you get some more help: Windows 7 "Application Data" folder missing . till then i'll try to find out some more fixes.

I do not have any restore points. :/ Even if I did I definitely wouldn't want to do that. Lol. But thanks.
