| Backtrack 5-Nvidia 64 drivers / Cuda and pyrit
Code: cd ~/.kde/cache-root && rm icon-cache.kcache plasma_theme_Volatile.kcache cd ~/.kde/cache-bt && rm icon-cache.kcache plasma_theme_Volatile.kcache Code: apt-get install libssl-dev linux-headers-2.6.38 Go to Nvidia website and download the two drivers named Developer Drivers for Linux (270.40)" and "CUDA Toolkit for Ubuntu Linux 10.10" For the driver we need to point to the headers ./devdriver_4.0_linux_64_270.40.run --kernel-source-path /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.38 To install pyrit we have to switch to python27 with Code: Python-switcher --python27 Code: svn checkout http://pyrit.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/pyrit |

It’s working but I’m getting some error. I need to change python version. Code: Collected all necessary data to mount crack against WPA2/PSK passphrase.
Starting dictionary attack. Please be patient.
Using STDIN for hashfile contents.

I wanted to do a side note. This worked perfectly for me by the way, but after that I went through a cold start, could not throw more Wicd. From what I could observe was an error that had to do with setting the default version of Python 2.7. Once you return to 2.6 which worked very well. Not sure if this was just an isolated case, or something I did wrong, but I figured I would let everybody know just in case. Here is the code for the lazy: Code: Python-switcher --python26 |

Any of you there would be Gran able and enthusiastic to repackage / alter the original files from ISO to hold up CUDA from the commencement, to start, even from the Live-CD mode (I think it would be worth a "virtual gold medal firm handshake and friendly to all of us Backtrack 5" Infected "Nvidia fans. Please let me know the further solution if any of you guys have does will appreciate if anyone provides me simpler solutions. |
