Re: Getting black screen after system restore

I would like to suggest you to perform the startup repair on your system and after that let me know the issue. To do this you need to go through the following steps first close the all application on your system and after that restart your system. While restarting your system hit the F8 key from the key board and while doing this you will get the boot menu and under that go to the Repair your computer and after that click on the next. Now you will get the System Recovery Options and under that select the startup repair and after that go through issue under that. I hope this will help you to solve your issue.

Re: Getting black screen after system restore

I think you’re getting this issue due to your video adapter driver and so therefore I would like to suggest you to update your video adapter driver and after that let me know the issue. To do this you need to go through the following steps: close the application on your system and after that restarts your system. While restarting your system hit the F8 key and after that you will get the Advanced Boot Options and under that select the Enable low-resolution video (640×480) and after that hit enter. Now once you login on your system and after that try to updating your video adapter driver from the device manger and after that let me know the issue. I hope so this will help you.

To do this you need to go through the following steps: first to repair your operating system you must have installation CD on your system. I have faced the same issue on mine system as well and I have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but none of them helped me to solve mine issue and finally I have repaired mine OS and after that I have solved mine issue. So I would like to suggest you this and after that let me know the issue.
