Hello everyone I have installed the windows XP and last one week I have issue on mine system. Last night working on the system I have tried to install the hotfix based on the Secunia PSI and while doing this mine system show error saying that” msxml4.dll was out of date”. I have checked mine system and I have found that I need to update the new KB954430 and now I don’t how to can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue. Please help me on this and thanks in advance.

I would like to suggest you to make windows update manually and after that let me know the issue. To do this you need to go through the following steps. First make click on the start icon desktop and after that click on the control panel. Now on the control panel go to the windows update and now once you get the windows update and after that open the windows update and after that go through the steps under that. Msxml4.dll errors is caused due to the file corruption and I think your system corrupted by the virus and so I would like to suggest you to perform the full scan on your system and after that your issue will get solved. if you have any antivirus on your system then make scan with that and if you don’t have then you can use other software which available on the website to remove the this virus. I would like to suggest you to perform the system file checker on your system sand after that you can solve your issue. to perform this you need to go through the following steps; first open the search text box on the start icon and under that type command prompt and after that click on the ok button. Now on the result make double click on the command prompt and under that type below and after that click enter after command:

Sfc/scannow

Even I have faced the same issue on mine system as well and I would like to suggest you the following steps and after that your issue will get solved. to do this you need to go through the following steps. First open the registry windows or registry editor and under that go to the following locxation:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Security_HKLM_only (Dword value) = 1
You may have to create CurrentVersion and Internet Settings folders
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3\1601 (Dword value) = 0
now here change the value as given above by right clicking on the key and after that once you finish this and then restart your system and after that go through your issue.

Hello I think you need to reinstall the windows update which was causing you. To reinstall the specific windows update you need to go through the below steps: first make click on the start icon on the desktop and after that select the control panel. Now on the control panel go to the windows update (KB954430) and after that make click on that and then select the remove. Now once you finish this and after that restart your system and then install the new KB954430file and after that go through your issue.
