    Toshiba Notebook Error "03-EEEE-0000"

I am having a Toshiba Satellite laptop that came with Windows XP installed on it. From last week this laptop will not start properly and it will crash while booting to Windows. I tried to do a System Restore to a previous state but while doing this I am getting an error 03-EEEE-0000. Now I dont know what else should I try except for reinstalling the whole Windows operating system again? Do you have any other solution that will work for me? Thanks

Can you try to follow this method that I am going to tell you and see if that can fix the issue. First of all restart your laptop and then continuously tap F8 key until you get a new window where you need to go to the Advanced Boot options and then click on the Repair option and then press Enter. After that click next and you will get System Recovery Options and under that select Startup Repair option and restart your computer.

If you have a Recovery disc then boot from it and choose System Recovery Options. After that follow the instructions given until you get the menu and then choose command prompt. Now you need to copy the \zzimages\zzimages directory for all recovery discs to a temporary directory on the hard drive in this location - C:\temp. After that change to the Bin directory on the first recover disc and run this command - tosimagex /apply c:\temp\preinst.swm 1 c:\ /ref c:\temp\preinst*.swm.

    Hope this helps.

I am using a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7437 laptop model and I am also getting the same error message while trying to use the DVD recovery set. I have a new hard drive installed and have tested the RAM as well as the CMOS which is working good. After following the above method and restarting my pc I am getting error message that says "No Operating System Found"? Can anyone tell me any other method to solve this issue? Thanks
