After installing KB977165, Blue Screen error 0x0000007B on Windows XP

I have installed the windows XP on mine system and everything on the system works fine without any issue and don’t have any issue on mine system. Last night I have installed the KB977165 updates and after that I have restarted mine system. But during this time I have got the following error on mine desktop:” A problem has been detected and windows have been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer”. Now I don’t know how to solve this issue. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.

I would like to suggest you the following steps and so that you can solve your issue. To do these go through the following steps: make click on the start and after that make hit on the run. Now under the run program type cmd. Now you will get the command prompt and under that type the following and then hit the enter after every command.

CHDIR $NtUninstallKB977165$\spuninst
BATCH spuninst.txt

Exit. Now restart your system and after that go through your system.

I would like to suggest you to uninstall the KB977165 and then reinstall the KB977165 and this will help you lot to solve your issue. To do this make hit on start and after that click on the control panel. Now on the control panel go to the add/remove program. Now under the add/remove program select the KB977165 and then remove it. Now once you complete the removing then restart your system and after that reinstall the KB977165. I hope this will help you to solve your issue.

I have gone through this same issue and to solve this issue I have downloaded the fixe me. And it really helped me to solve mine issue. To download this make hit here. Now once you made click then choose the save file and then install the download file. Now once you finish the installation run the installed fixer and then restart your system. Now go through your issue. If this doesn’t help you then you need to reinstall your operating system.
