Dr. Watson and Explorer Crashing on Windows

I am using the windows XP prof SP: 3 on mine AMD Athlon64 x2-Dual Core 5200 and I have 4 GB RAM. This is following information go from the Event Viewer: Faulting application explorer.exe, faulting module comctl32.dll, fault address 0x00076215. Faulting application drwtsn32.exe, faulting module dbghelp.dll, fault address 0x0001295d. Product used is Dragon Naturally Speaking (DNS) view. 10.1 And according to the provider the problem is not a DNS problem caused by their tech support I've been working with more than a week . However, the problem only occurs when this particular program is running. The only way I've been able to temporarily resolve the problem is to close the DNS program in the task of the processing section manager and restart explorer.exe
