i have recently installed the windows 7 on mine system and i am using the Spybot. I have antivirus that is Norton. From last 3 weeks i am not able to update the windows and my Spybot was not working. To solve this i ran the Norton and i have found that there is no dynamic element. After that i restarted mine system and when i logged in the system prompted with error “Windows Defender has stopped working procession.” I have also find some viruses on mine system. The following are the details:

Hi appreciation for the respond. I tried your proposition, but do not help me. In F8 it cannot run the "last good configuration" and i got a mistake memo saying that msascui.exe an "application error 0x80000003." later than I go to F8 and select the mode "Repair your computer", but acknowledged an error message again. I tried to back up my records to fully restore the tackle, but again unsuccessful with a memo "invalid, 0x81000029." Still cannot fix to the internet and am getting the same message "Windows Defender User Interface has stopped working" together with the closure of the Security Center.
