I'd suggest that you follow these steps to install the language pack so that you can solve your problem, follow these steps: choose the Start from desktop and make hit on the search program. On the search box program type Microsoft Update search on the text box of the search box. After that make hit on the Microsoft and now on the Microsoft tick on the link for the language pack. Now under the language pack of Windows 7, choose the desired language and then make a stroke on the OK button. Finally do windows update and it will work out. i hope this will help you lot.

I'd suggest that you follow these steps to resolve your problem. Make a selection in the language through the taskbar. If no entry process Quanpin on the pointer, as follows to do to configure it.
Dale in the Home icon and then click the taskbar and select Settings set of options.
Choose Control Panel from the secondary menu to select the Control Panel window.
Given that double click the keyboard logo again to activate the dialog box.
Now go to the Input Locale tab.
Click the Add button, select Chinese (PRC) and collect Chinese (simplified) - Quanpin keyboard design.
Finally making a hit on the Apply button, after you choose the OK button to confirm and hopefully this will help much in solving the problem.

I think we need to add the Chinese IME in the system and then you have to make some changes so that you can solve your problem. First install the Chinese IME through the website and then download and install. After installing the Chinese IME, go through the following steps: Go to the Start button and then go to control panel. Under the control panel selects the clock, language and region. After that go to the region and language, then go to the keyboard and language. Under the keyboard and the language you want to add new language (Chinese). Now your problem will resolve and i think this will help you lot.

Re: Unable to use Chinese language after installing Chinese program on windows 7 home premium

I have gone through your issue and i would like to suggest you that you don’t need the install the Chinese IME. You can use the chins language without installing the Chinese IME, to solve this issue you need to execute some steps here:
  • Open the start and then go to the control panel.
  • Under the control panel make hit on the Clock, Language, and Region and after that make hit on the Region and Language.
  • Now on the Region and Language select the Keyboards and Languages tab and after that go to the Change keyboards.
  • After clicking on the Change keyboards, now make hit on the add button on the Installed services box, after that select the language that you want and then press OK button.
I hope this will solve your problem and you will get the good result.
