For the better installation of the windows update you will have to disable the antivirus program that you are currently running. It is also important to disable the firewall that you have currently enabled. So after disabling some of the important programs that are running in the background will help you in the installation of the updates of the widows. I think this suggestion will help you install the updates. So I hope this suggestion helps you a lot. Do get back to me if you are able to get proper solution.

I would advice you to go to the command prompt and from there run the services.msc program. What this will do is that it will start the windows installer program again. In that windows installer program you will have to check if the options are kept to automatic. If it is kept to automatic then you will have to change it to manual. This idea definitely helped in my case. So that’s why I thought of giving you this same suggestion to you as well. So do try following this suggestion and you will be able to get some inputs.

I would ask you to report this particular problem o the Microsoft people. Shoot off a email saying about the problem and aks him to get a desired solution for you. These types of updates problems are best known to them only and hence they will be better prepared with the solutions. So do try having a talk with them and you will be able to get some desired solutions in it. I think this is the simplest and the better option to you from the one given above. This will definitely be of much help for you.

The problem may arise if you do not have a good installer program installed in your system. try changing the installer program of your system and see if there is any difference. This solution you must try only if you are not able to get any solution with any of the solutions above. So I think that setting up the installer program in your system will definitely help you to give some good inputs. One such good installer program that I would like to recommend you is the STANDALONE INSTALLER. Do try it and let me know if that helps you or not.
