Ordering of custom labels changes on Address Book in Mac

I have one query regarding the Mail and address book in my apple computer (Mac). The issue is about the Address Book in it. When I edit custom labels lying on telephone field, inside a fresh Card, and save it, the arrange of custom labels modifies whenever I access in Address Book's Card, actually in indiscriminate sort. Can anybody know about this issue? Please help me to make it perfect.

When utilizing Address Book to administer contacts, one of its helpful traits is to be capable to put in custom labels to the different phone fields. For example, as a substitute of being restricted to "Work," "Home," plus "Mobile" like the names for contact numbers, you are able to insert "Emergency," "Vacation house," otherwise even "Space shuttle" as the name in support of a contact's number. This feature is functioning inside Snow Leopard, however there seems to be a bug through the ordering of items, which consequences in an actually random list of custom labels. I hope that the Apple is aware about the bug.

It seems to me that it is not only your issue and it is extremely easy to replicate; simply set off toward Address Book and make a new contact. Next alter the contact's data and modify the defaulting "Work" as well as "Mobile" labels (or whichever additional labels) to a custom name. Carry out this numerous times (rather in series in alphabetical arrange to better notice the result) and the numbers must be obtainable in the sort they were put in. If you afterward save the vCard by previously available "Edit" form, the sorting of the numbers will be diverse.

The merely sense to the sorting is that it is the similar like the arranging of custom labels inside the label menu, which proposes the sorting is being got from a solitary source. This bug possibly among how Address Book is saving custom label data inside the Address Book database, otherwise through how it is reading stuff from that database. Unluckily, there does not emerge to be a method to alter how Address Book grips the labels inside its database, and so in the offing for an Address Book update is the barely manner to repair this problem.

I heard that there is a new version of Address book is available for Mac. So you may need to download that. This is really a bug which is causing the order of labels. If there is any update for Address Book from Apple then also it might be very helpful for you. I heard that this issue is only happened in some earlier version of Mac OS X. if you can get the new edition of Mac then there will not be any bug.

It is obviously a bug in the Address book and it seems to me that it might have been initiated otherwise reintroduced in one of the Mac OS X releases. While testing about this issue it occurs in both OS X 10.6.4 as well as 10.6.5, except does not occur in OS X 10.5. In general this is not a main bug and seems to be simply a surface problem; however it might grounds several uncertainties for a little people. The entered numbers as well as contact data must still be available all the way through additional apps, and the appropriate entries are recovered by these apps upon insist.
