Hi, my PC has ruined automatic windows update. I am utilizing windows vista 32bit. It looks that Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) has been disabled. I attempted to turn it on however the issue is it is not in the services list... as a result I am not able to set it to automatic or manual or anything.
