1394 Net Adapter drivers for XP

I configure static ip, it takes without any error but when we ckecked the system doesn't display any ip, still it shows like active link.
I tried my best to findout its alternative? but still i m short of this.
If SOMEONE EXPERIENCED THIS, SHARE WITH US.
