XP not Getting Policiy from 2008R2 but Win7 does

I have created a new Domain using 2008R2 and am trying to get Group Policy to work. Now I have created a Policy for WSUS for my client machines to update! Now win7 client gets policy and updates fine but xp does not get the policy. When I run gpresult it makes no mention of the policy! I can ping the server from both clients fine!

Any ideas appreciated!

Resolved had client pointing to DNS on different domain, doh!
