Windows 7 account invisibility

my user account is not visible on my welcome screen.i am window 7 ultimate user.but i can see my administrator account .and i am currently doing with that account . i need a standard user account for public use . please help me

Are you the only Administrator of your PC ? Am asking this because there are some tweaks that help Admin to create and hidden User Account. May be someone has created such account and hence it is not visible. To find out, type regedit in the start menu search box and go to :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Here see if you can find a key named as "SpecialAccounts". If it is there that means some one has created hidden account. If it is not than to troubleshoot this problem, simply go through this article:

You need to create a new account which is for the public use. Regarding your issue i will advise you to go with the below given link which is having the same discussion as you are going through.
