Not able to create image: getting error 0x8078002A and error 0x8007045D

Hey I am working on windows 7 operating system installed laptop. I am getting some error when I am trying to make an image I am receiving these errors: 0x8078002A and I/O device error (0x8007045D) while trying to generate an icon to drive letter D. I do not know what I have to do if I want to solve this problem. Any assist would be respected.

I as well find this error 0x8007045d while i am attempting to copy several files in to my memory card. Is it for the reason of the error in that memory card? I have formatted the memory card as well as attempted to duplicate files. After that as well I am receiving the similar error. What is this error?? As well as why I got it? So I need some help .anyone please help me.
