I am having several issues with my laptop Windows 7 computer, I attempted to perform numerous times a system restore as well as it lastly worked. I installed a Windows Update, as well as after the install my laptop started acting strange. You have to make sure whether Volume Shadow Copy Service after that System Restore check is began as well as Set to Automatic. You have to provide Services.msc search box, after that you have to press Enter. You have to confirm that the Volume Shadow Copy Service is running as well as set on Automatic. If the Status of System Restore Service is not in progress, initiate it. In addition set it on Automatic if it is not. Then you have to start your PC again.

Hey even I have similar problem I am quite certain this is reason by shutting off the PC while defragging, although I actually do not identify.
