Make sure if Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider service is put out of action. This is done by design. Disabling System Restore will restrictions the ongoing value of System Restore on the PC.
To re-enable you have to go to gpedit.msc from Search box. After that you have to Navigate to the following branch.
    Computer Configuration\Administrative Template\System\System Restore.
After that in the right pane you have to configure the “Turn off system restore” rule. You have to set it to Not Configured.

You require enabling the services for system restore, to perform that you have to press on Start key, at the moment you have to type in services.msc in the search and files and press enter. At the moment you require to make sure for the “volume shadow copy” service there in the services windows. After choosing the “volume shadow copy” service you require right pressing on the service as well as choosing properties as well as doing the startup type as automatic as well as starting the service . After that you have to press ok, and then you have to start the PC again

To create systems restore point by yourself. You have to go to System by pressing the Start key clicking Control Panel, after that pressing System and Maintenance, as well as after that pressing System. In the left pane, you have to press System Protection If you are requested for an administrator password or authentication, then you have to give the password or give authentication. Then you have to press the System Protection tab, as well as afterward press Create. And then In the System Protection box, you have to type a description, as well as after that press Create.
