Dell dimension 4300 not booting up

I am having a Dell dimension 4300 machine and I am running Windows Vista on this machine. This machine has never showed any such problem but since yesterday, It has started showing strange problem. It is not at all booting up. When I am pushing the power button then it starts booting and when it tries to read the BIOS then it gets stuck and nothing happens.

Whenever my computer system does not gets booted up then I always run the PSA diagnostics, turn on the computer and press <F12> repeatedly when the Dell logo appears on the screen. Starts the boot menu. Select Diagnostics to start the diagnosis of the hardware installed on the computer. This test takes about 5 minutes.

Start the computer. Press <F8> keyboard during the boot process until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears. (If the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, restart the system and try again.) Select Safe Mode, then press <Enter>. Log on as administrator or as a user with administrator access. If you can successfully start in safe mode, refer to your computer to see if new software or new hardware recently installed. If so, try uninstalling these programs or hardware on your computer.
