How to add context menu commands for file type in Windows 7

I like to download anime as well as re-encode to normal dvd format (mpeg2) previous to burning to a DVD for improved feature. I have a program suite that be careful of the grunt effort, however there wants to be a context menu command that calls the first batch file which the user has to physically put in to the context menu throughout file connection. I have established that I be able to go into the file associations menus, however the choice to put in a new association to an obtainable file type does not appear to exist. Is there a registry access I have to alter or put in in order to permit me to customize my context menus in Windows 7?

You have to generate a latest text file then you have to confirm that you have the setting wherever you DO NOT hide known file extensions unmarked. Then you have to edit the latest text file. Copy the following:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WMP11.AssocFile.AVI\shell\Queue For Encoding]
    @="&Queue For Encoding"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WMP11.AssocFile.AVI\shell\Queue For Encoding\command]
    @="c:\\dvdstudio\\scripts\\Queue.bat \"%1\""

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WMP11.AssocFile.MP4\shell\Queue For Encoding]
    @="&Queue For Encoding"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WMP11.AssocFile.MP4\shell\Queue For Encoding\command]
    @="c:\\dvdstudio\\scripts\\Queue.bat \"%1\""

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CCCP.WMP.AssocFile.MKV.1\shell\Queue For Encoding]
    @="&Queue For Encoding"

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CCCP.WMP.AssocFile.MKV.1\shell\Queue For Encoding\command]
    @="c:\\dvdstudio\\scripts\\Queue.bat \"%1\""
then you have to save the text file. You have to name the text file again to contain an extension of .reg. after that double-press the latest registry file to insert the context menu instructions to your registry.

In the file as well as folder defaults, I am able to set Queue.bat as the default act to open the file.As well as after that alters it back to Windows Media Player or Media Player Classic to auto-play the file.while I would resembling to queue the file for encoding, I be able to utilize the "open with" context menu as well as choose "Queue" This appear to be the most excellent answer for this issue, although I hope I could edit the context menu.

I may have misunderstood your query, however you be able to merely connect one program with a file. Windows utilizes those associations to locate the accurate program to open the file with. If it is associated with more than one program it will reason a clash. You be able to alter the associated program, however not insert a second connection. There is not a way that I am alert of to insert an entry manually to the right-press menu. You may be capable to achieve this with 3rd party software.
