How can I delete program in the Programs 86 directory in Windows 7

I have Windows 7 running here on my system but to tell frankly I am really unhappy with the way Windows 7 is treating with me here. Windows 7 is simply not allowing me to remove programs that are there in the Programs 86 directory. I have even seen that I cannot simply make the necessary changes there. It says that I will be required to have permissions for the same there. I am really fed up with this. Can anyone there let me know what this permission for here is? Is there a way by which I can get this permission thing to stop here?

If you want to remove or overwrite a system file and if you are having operating system as Windows 7 or Vista then let me tell you that you cannot obliterate the system files. Even if you are the Administrator then also you will not be allowed to have access for such thing there. The probable reason behind this is that Windows system files are actually possessed by the TrustedInstaller service. By default it is under the possession of TrustedInstaller service; and all this things are done so that you can have a better set of security guarding your system.

After you will be able to take the ownership then you will be required to take the ownership of those files and in addition to that you will have to allocate yourself rights so that you can remove or amend the files. Click on the Start Button and then type CMD in the search Box and then type the following command in the command prompt there: takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\en-US\winload.exe.mui .
