Help and Support does not return result from microsoft knowledge base articles

There is a problem in help and support center that doesn't return result from knowledge base articles at all, i think that it's registry key has been disabled by a program or internet script, does anyone know where is the path for help and support center registry key to enable this feature again or maybe it has been discontinued by microsoft?

Well, as you said it was working before and got disabled later by some program, you can simply get it back by restoring your system to the previous / latest restore point. Or else, if you need to get it on at this point, simply checkout the following posts:
