ntdll.dll crashes browsers when visiting Dailymotion

I am running win 7, 64bit professional. Whenever my web browsers try to open clips on dailymotion.com (i use mainly google chrome and mozilla firefox) they crash. Earlier none of them could load videos on dailymotion.com but now they crash.

The error report from chrome about the crash said the following:

The crazy thing is - I don't have any addons installed on firefox so I am leaning against the ntdll.dll being the file that is messing things up. Does anybody have any tips on how to fix this problem?
I've had one crash or two on youtube.com as well using firefox.

I don’t know the exact reason of Firefox crash on dailymotion but have enough idea about Ntdll.dll errors. Most probably these error occurs if the ntdll.dll file is corrupted or damaged or due to some corrupted hardware drivers. Hence what I could suggest you here is simply uninstall your both browsers, even delete all their configuration and than reinstall them again. The error should be fixed.

You are getting the error message indicated that the “ntdll.dll” is faulting module, therefore you need to run the command SFC to check if there is a corruption:

Type the following command to an elevated command prompt, and then press ENTER:

    sfc /scannow

The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. Then, please run DXDIAG and see if it works.
