how do I move programs from windows to another one

I got some viruses at partition C which was the only partition in my laptop then I shirked C:\ and made another partition and installed new windows 7 in the new partition but all programs and games at the old partition and don't work at all
I just want to know if its possible to make them work with the new windows because I can't move them because new partition is only 100gb and the C:\ partition have about 800gb movies games and programs

As you have created the new partition and installed the Windows 7 then you need to install all the program on this partition only otherwise they will not work. But you can give a try to work with this issue. Just copy and paste then application folder to the new partition's program file and then check whether the application running for you or not.
