Cannot upload anything after opening any file, folder or browsing on internet

I have got a desktop system , it has AMD Athlon processor , 320 GB of Seagate hard drive, Corsair RAM chips of 1 GB installed on the ASUS motherboard, I recently installed Microsoft office and I recently installed microsoft 2007 each time I try to open any file, folder, application or try to browse on the internet, a message pops up that states Windows is preparing to install and I am not able to upload anything on the internet, please help me in resolving the issue . I have a Windows 7 operating system .

Thank you for posting tour question in the techarena .I would recommend you try to make the use of t he Windows Installer Cleanup Tool. Not actually Iam certain that it will actually work but what is bad in giving a try, you will have to download this tool before you can use it. Well I think you should post back the exact error code then in that way I will be able to help you in better way sure if it will help but it is worth a try.

I have the similar problem in Vista. regularly, when I am initializing Explorer (much frequently, occurs with other applications also ), an icon pops up saying the same error code that you had mentioned about the installer "The resource you are demanding is not available " and recommend to browse. I have no hint what it wants. As you recommended I downloaded and execute the Cleanup utility,

I had faced the similar sort of issue , My windows installer to made the system pop up similar sort of messages and not only that when I observed the CPU performance meter I came to know that it is eating up 30 to 50 % of the CP resources but after running on 30-50% CPU, it reports nothing and still runs.this errors had became more regular after Vista had resolved my HD newly, that solved my errors.but at the required moment Norton Utilities the registry and discovered no such errors .
