This is the issue with the .Net Framework which is not working properly. To get rid of the issue you have to remove the .Net Framework and then to reinstall the .Net Framework again. If possible then better to install the latest version of the same. So if you can then go through the same and let me know whether this is working with the issue or not.

It's really strange. I found where to uninstall net frame... everything starts working fine... Windows comes up asking me to update to Net Frame 4.0 I do that.. restart the computer and everything stops working again. IT really seems to be something with 4.0 I'm not sure not having 4.0 is a good idea but if I let it update my systems becomes screwed up.

Yes you are right there is problem with the .Net Framework 4.0 which is buggy and that is why you are getting the issue with the same. I have gone through the same problem. To resolve the same it is better to check for the previous version and later on turn off the automatic update so that .Net Framework will not update automatically. So try this out and see whether this is working for you or not.
