I have gone through your problem and it seems to me that you can solve the issue by removing the printer connections and then connecting it back. Now what you have to do here is that remove all the installation related to printer. And then clean it with the help of the registry cleaner. There is nothing to worry because all cleaner settings are default so you can use any. Then restart the system and reconnect the printer and also do the needful installation. I hope that this will help you to solve the issue. |

Well thank you for answering my queries; I have solved the issue by just deleting the files from the printer folder. But the thing here is that I am not able to start the printer spooler option again. I mean to say that before deleting the file I set it to stop and after deleting the files when I came back to it for starting it but the start option was disabled. I don’t know what is wrong with it please help me to get rid if the issue. |
