Had you installed any software prior to this matter? The bug at the startup points that there are a number of third party application which is failing to load along with Windows. So to narrow down on the third party application which is causing this matter let?s carry out clean boot.
To perform a clean boot on a computer you just follow these steps.
  1. Tick Start, type msconfig in the Search box, and then push ENTER. And in this If you are prompted for an administrator password or any kind of confirmation so you just type the password, or click Continue.
  2. On the General tab, tick Selective Startup.
  3. Under Selective Startup, tick to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
  4. Tick the Services tab, tick to choose the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then tick Disable All.
  5. Tick OK.
  6. When you are prompted, so after this you just tick Restart.
  7. After the computer starts, install it again and start the program and make sure whether the problem is resolved.

Re: CtaMon.dll error message

Whatever the solution is given over here it is good but it a lot simpler in this only you have follow some two three steps. In this first you have to open msconfig then go to the startup tab. And then under this you have to find the "ctamon" (It might be capitalized). And then Tick the box next to it so it is NOT checked. Only this much you will be able to get the solution for your query.
