This problem may be occur due to some hardware problem. First you have to check the printer to directly connect it with your system through USB cable and try to run if it is running then you have uninstall the driver of router and then install it again you have. If then also this is not working then install the updated version of router driver. I this may will help you.

You requires a router to attach a wireless printer to your computer with windows 7.
    • Go to the task bar and do the right click on the Network icon.
    • The select to connect to a network.
    • Then select the printer which you want connect
    • Then click on the Connect.

Re: How to connect Motorola Print Server WPS870G with windows 7

SalVatore's solution worked for me on my wps870g after a few tries, but only for one printer (I have 2 connected to the print server). When I tried to repeat the steps for the second printer, the "print test page" command was sent to the first printer. I assume that I can't have 2 on the same port, but obviously there's only one IP address to work with. Any solutions, anyone?

To attach one computer to two printers by USB cables would need the use of a USB Hub. It would be better if you acquire a Hub with 6 or more ports. The Hub will have a port marked 'in', which will have to be associated to your computer. You can then connect the printers to any of the additional ports on the Hub, but make certain that the particular printer drivers are installed on your computer. The USB Hub will also permit for the connection of your scanner and digital cameras etc.

I guess, it should be available for download on the web. Just search it on Google. Atleast you can get the required drivers for download there. Just see this google result. Hope you can get some.
