Virtual Box - NO BOOTABLE MEDIUM FOUND

On my Snow Leopard Mac I have installed Windows XP with Bootcamp - XP works perfectly!

Have installed VB but on trying to open get the NO BOOTABLE MEDIUM FOUND message.

I would have thought that VB would 'find' the XP system already installed- surely it doesn't mean I have to re-install XP again?

    Being a non techie what haven't I done/do I need to do?
