Sync between BB Bold and Windows 7.

I was able to sync my blackberry bold 9700 with the other versions of windows operating system like windows XP, vista and so on was working absolutely fine. Recently I upgraded the device with some software and the desktop manager software and also installed new windows 7 operating system to the system. After this I am not able to sync anything that connect mobile phone and windows 7. Please suggest me to get the desired solution.

I think you have to check that the blackberry software is installed in the system as you have installed the fresh windows 7 to the system. After installing the blackberry desktop software hook the device together to the system. After this switch off the device by clicking on the switch wizard. I think after this you will be able to get the solution. try doing as I have suggested you.

I think the RIM DTM sync software is not matching with the windows 7. Well for it was fine and doing well in terms of syncing contacts, calendar, tasks and memos. I think you should to reconfigure the entire excess again and then I think you will be able to get the solution. I think you should to configure the settings again in the system and see if you are getting the solution or not.

Not sure about appropriate expert. I mostly had to re-configure the setup. Hit it off Synchronize on the majority significant list of options, after that on the next display on left, click on off Synchronization, then next display click on off Synchronization on the right and associate each item through the windows 7. This is the common process so not sure how I might help you additional than that. I am not a Blackberry specialist.
