idea Physical dump memory blue screen for windows 7

This what happen i was playing Serious Sam 2 for almost 12hrs,then i shutdown the PC but when i restarted it id displayed "No Signal"
and i think the CPU did not boot up.
then i switch off the power manually then after couple of minutes i started the PC and it displayed Physical dump memory then it shutdown by it self,
again i power on again and this time it boot but requested to select boot type, selected boot from HDD and actually i did this about 4-5 times untill i boot it to safe mode and restored my pc to an earlier date and it DID SOLVE THE ISSUE but the thing i want to know is :

1)was the problem caused by the video card, the software it self(Game)
    2)will it happen again
3)or what is the best way if i dont want to format my PC

    Im using:
    OS:window 7 home premium
Video card:integrated HD 3200 ATI RADEON
    Processor:AMD Athlon II X4 635 quad core

The blue screen error occurs normally if there is any fatal system error and the the error screen displayed by the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems upon encountering a critical error of a non-recoverable nature that causes the computer system to crash. Normally this stop errors are related to hardware or driver causing the computer to stop responding. So it is always suggested to keep your pc upto date with latest security updates and drivers.

Problem is same with me. I don't think that this caused by virus or crashed software, because this problem started whenever I start my computer. The problem start with something wrong on the display I called artefact. This artefact show on the bios before my windows start, looks like a red dot and scratch. And then after windows show, it becomes unstable and restart it self. Its really kiliing me since I use not the best but good enough hardware. Why this happen? Power supply problem maybe or something? Anyone can help us?
