Windows 7 works with VMware Fusion?

I am not having much knowledge about the fusion compatibility with the Windows 7. I have used the fusion (VMWare) with the Windows XP but don't know anything about the working of Fusion in Windows 7, never tried it practically. Recently I have heard that VMware Fusion 3 supports Windows 7.!! Since I was not having enough idea about it, I thought to post it over here. Please provide some information about the working of fusion with Windows 7. I am sure that you members will help me soon. Also it would be much appreciable if you provide some other information related to the topic.

Parallels Desktop 5 permits users to use some of Apple's own Mac OS X features such as gestures, even with Windows applications. Applications which, thanks to Crystal technology can "blend in" with the normal Mac applications, without showing the underlying Windows interface and integrated into the dock system. The file management is now more simple and intuitive, with the ability to perform operations such as drag and drop and copy and paste between Windows and Mac windows or vice versa. Similar features are also offered by VMware Fusion, which instead uses the technology of Crystal Unity and the new version has improved application integration with the Windows desktop and interface of Mac OS X. VMware Fusion 3 is proposed in the downloadable version at a price of 62 euro for the Standard License and 77 Euros for the license also includes one year of updates. The software can also be downloaded from Internet for the 30-day trial version.
