About creating window 7 System Recovery disc

What if i create my System recovery disk after using the new computer for a month?
The restore point will be at the time i create the disk?

If you are having the Internet connection with your system then let me tell you that the restore point will keep on changing. If you are not having internet connection then the restore point will be same as you have created the disk.
