    Windows XP only starts in safe mode

    Hey guys! I hope you can help with my computer issues...

    I receive a bsod and an error code of 0x0000007E when I start XP in any startup mode but safe mode. I have just repaired XP 2 times, and nothing has helped. ANy suggestions?

    This issue might occur if a system thread generates an exception that the error handler does not catch. The computer BIOS might be incompatible with Windows XP, or it might have to be updated. So, i think you need to update the computer BIOS.

    If freeing space on your hard disk did not resolve the problem, the BIOS might have to be updated. Use the hardware and software vendor contact information articles that are listed in the "References" section to contact the computer manufacturer to obtain the most recent BIOS update.
