    You can also use Software Alcohol 52 % can create virtual copies of CDs to run on a virtual drive equally , thus avoiding having to insert a CD to automatically launch a specific software or speeds up load times. Alcohol 52 % , free software, which is limited to the use of virtual drives . The interface is mainly based on a sidebar to Windows XP, to create images from a physical disk , and virtual drives to mount . The software manages the creation of six different units .

    I am using MagicDisc that is a virtual drive that allows images to emulate CD or DVD- ROM. Not only that allows to read data faster than a drive ( x200 according to the performance of your machine) but you spend disc physics to use a program , usually a game. In addition, MagicDisc get rid of restrictions that require you to insert an original CD to start the program. Here is the list of supported images :

    * BIN ( CDRWin )
    * IMA / IMG ( Generic disk iMagi)
    * CIF ( Easy CD Creator )
    * NRG (Nero - Burning ROM )

    Virtual CD is also allows you to create or import of ISO images, scanned copies of CDs or DVDs . The application proves very useful when you play such a game that requires alternating between multiple CDS or when you use one CD for multiple PCs . You can climb more than 23 virtual drives , which will not make the sound of a CD player and will load the information much faster. Virtual CD can be used to burn virtual CDs or protect (digitized or physical ) by a password . It supports DVD - ROM , DVD ( Video, Photo -CD and manages the CD- text . You will even be allowed to edit the virtual CDs . In short , easy to use application to manage your ISO images.

    WinCDEmu is a utility that creates a Virtual CD or DVD from a disk image . No need to burn to a CD re-writable when you want to run , especially as WinCDEmu can emulate unlimited number of disk images . WinCDEmu operates with disk images formats ISO , CUE , NRG , MDS / MDF , CCD, BIN , IMG and RAW. Simple to use, right click the disk image is enough to create a virtual drive . A letter assigned to it and is then accessible from Windows Explorer.
