Slight stuttering in games (Windows 7 build 7100 64bit)

I am using the HP pavilion laptop. Now I am getting slight stuttering in the games when I play. It used to hang on certain sounds and after a few seconds it starts rolling. This happens in the games like Call of Duty 4, CounterStrike Source, and Medal of Honor and such as. It happens just for any of the games. I didn't getting the problem. Any suggestion. Any tips would be appreciated.

I think it is an issue related to the drivers. You should try changing the driver perhaps the problem will be solved. I think you should to start from the windows 7 video driver. There are many driver out there. I think you should try the drivers of windows vista too. Perhaps this may solve your problem.

I have tried almost all the drivers. More then 10 drivers I have tried but didn't get the solution. I think it is due to my mouse which I am using for the gaming. It is Razer Lachesis. I have tried drivers of both Vista and windows 7. I am loving to play game on the PC please help me to solve the problem.

I think you should to use driver with your gaming mouse. You should try installing the drivers for your video game that should be the latest one. I think you should go for the new graphic card I think this issue is related with the graphic card. You should to update the card with the latest window 7 driver, which is provided by Nvidia.
