How to solve code 646?

I have a problem with my desktop computer system after the updation of Windows XP, I am getting this kind of error message “Error code 646”. I have tried the entire thing by disabling the whole setting which is known to me. I am getting the normal error "failed to install" I think everyone else seems to be getting. What should I do to solve this error please help me out from this error.

I understand your problem. Mainly this happens mainly after during the updation of the Windows on your computer system. I just want more information about yours computer system. Is it correct that you have done the clean installation or just an upgrade version you have done at the time of updation.

Hello, the Error code 646 is basically a window error occur during the updation of the window. The window shows the error message as 'ERROR_NOT_SAFE_MODE_DRIVER' it means that the driver was is unloaded during the boot time when the system was in safe mode. Is this is your error finally coming on your display or not.

Thank, I have the desktop computer system with a good configuration with it. I have done clean installation on my computer system and I am having win XP amd athlon 6400 + 3.6 GHz processor, 2 GB DDR2 800, 320 GB WD sata hard disk it was working with a good speed without any trouble.
