Turn on Windows Security Center service

As soon as i turn on my computer a pop up message window comes saying that "Turn on Windows Security Center service". later on when i open up the action center and click "turn on now", it does so in few seconds and in the short time , the anti virus detects that it has something to do with spyware and virus protection. Why does it happening again and again as soon as I turn my computer on . Can i fix this problem out. And my anti virus is running fine.

If you have installed Windows XP SP2. then go to control panel in that you will observe "Security Center". Just double click on the security center option Windows security center window will come. At the bottom of the window you will observe
    1.Internet Options
    2. Automatic Updates
    3. Windows Firewall.
Just click Automatic Updates. Tick at "automatic". Click apply and then ok .
