You should know that Fedora is a free Operating System and can access it from the web without charges. Fedora 13 is based on Linux Operating System and distribution is not supported by Virtual Machine and VM is not able to install the 64bit guest Operating System.
You should install VirtaulBox[1] on the place of other Virtual Machine. It will be as guest Operating System. You can easily run your particular guest Operating System.
You insert a CD of the Fedora 13 in the CD-ROM and trying to install the CD of the particular Operating System but not installing, CD of the Operating System can damage due to dust therefore you should clean the CD with washing liquid and then try to install now. Through this, problem can solve. If after doing this problem is not solving then check your CD-ROM can damage.

You have to install the Fedora 13 Operating System on the Virtual Machine after meeting your computer to the system requirement. Fedora 13 needs third party software to install. If you have Fedora 13 dual booted with vista then you need bootloader. You will boot off Fedora live CD. You can start the setup with the help of installer. You will have to restart the computer when setup will continue. Computer will ask to you whether you want to boot into Fedora or Windows.
If you want to install F10 on VPC 2007 then do the followings:
• Click new to create new VM
• Click next on the welcome page
• For create new VM. Press next
• Enter the name and location then click next
• Select OS; select other then press next
• Specify the memory and hard disk
• Press finish to complete the wizard
• Choose new Virtual Machine in the console and Press Settings.
• Sure the Networking setting should set to the required adapter, click OK
• Choose new Virtual Machine in the console
• Let Capture ISO image
• Choose F10 ISO, click Open.
• Select Action / Reset from windows VM and press reset
• Choose install when welcome screen is displayed.
You should download the Fedora 13 from the web and burn it on the CD. Now you should insert the CD in the CD-ROM. As soon as you will insert the CD in the CD drive setup will launch automatically. You have another OS on the system or not if not so the installation will continue. You will see an install button click on it. Installation will launch after clicking the Install button on the LiveCD.
