370 bluetooth for Dell XPS 1640 not adding devices after Windows 7 64bit install

I have an issue with the installation of the Windows 7 but my Bluetooth device is not working with the same. I have installed all the driver into the system of mine. It was working fine in the previous version of the Windows Vista and not having any issue but after the installation of Windows 7 it is not responding. I have also install the driver for same but no help. So if any one is having the knowledge then please help me with the same. Thanks in advance.

It seems to have the problem with the driver compatibility in the Windows 7 which is not working with the device of yours. So if you are having any issue with the installation of the same then i will advise you to install the latest driver for the Bluetooth Mouse and see whether you are getting it work with the same or not.

I think that the problem is with the driver only. I think that you have to update the driver by the Windows update which will resolve the issue of yours. Just get into the device manager and find the device which is showing yellow flag or unknown device and right click on same and select update driver. This will update the driver of your device.

I have gone through both the things which you people have explained me to perform regarding the installation of the same. I have installed the latest driver but no help after that i have updated the driver of the unknown device but still no success. If there is anything else that can help me then please let me know about the same.

If the update and re-installation of the driver is not working for the issue of yours then i will advise you to reinstall the Windows 7 copy which might got corrupted or not functioning properly. The re-installation of the Windows 7 will resolve the issue with the same. So go through the same and work with the same.
