Do check out for the thing that is by follwoing certain procedures which will lead you to get through of the issue. This will be better for you. All you need to do is to start the Remote Desktop Connection and then on options. Now you need to switch to local Resource tab and then look out for Remote audio and go for Settings. Now in Point Play click OK. Now Switch to Experience tab and select Low-speed broadband. I hope this will be beneficial for you and you can process as needed.
