According to me, this error code represents some issues with CD / DVD ROM. If the BIOS does not recognize your drive or your CD / DVD, it is necessary to thoroughly check the connections and check it : a sticker on the drive and the drive. This stipulates the establishment of jumpers (small connectors located next to the large sheet). The drive usually needs to be a master (master), while the reader will be a slave (slave).

If the connections are correct and that the problem is still unresolved, it is possible that the problem comes from Windows. First you will have to identify the error message. In the Device Manager , right-click your drive and select Properties. In the General tab, you will have access to the device status. Here are the error codes that you can find:
    • Your registry may be corrupted. (Code 19)
    • A driver for this device was not required, and it has been disabled (Code 32 or Code 31).
    • This device is not working properly because Windows can not load the drivers required for this device (Code 31).
    • Windows can not load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

It is necessary to determine the exact model of drive. For this, simply download Everest (formerly AIDA32). Once the model name of famous writer, simply retrieve the corresponding driver, otherwise it is possible to do an automatic search for drivers. It is also possible to search by updating your operating system (Windows 7) to see if it recognizes the device.

I think that you will have to update your drivers. In most cases, it is an error with the correct updated driver. Consult the website of the hardware manufacturer to find out whether such an improved device driver is available for. Proceed as follows:
    1. Load the driver down.
    2. Select the Device Manager the appropriate device.
    3. Click on Properties.
    4. Select the Driver tab.
    5. Click on Update Driver and follow the instructions in the Hardware Wizard.
