System Randomly reboots with blue screen Kernel Power Issue under Windows 7

I have a desktop machine and it is been upgraded with Windows 7. The problem is that I am not able to work well with the system as needed. It randomly reboots and I get a blue screen error while executing the system. This has caused a huge problem. The event viewer shows that it os a problem associated with Kernel Power. I have no idea for the thing, Please guide me and help out so that I can work well. It would be better.
