What speed you are burning the disk for the Windows 7 repair? If you are burning the disk at the high speed then it might be possible that the disk writer is not writing the complete data on the device of yours. So it is better to burn the disk with the lower speed and then check whether it is giving you the error or not.

There can be some problem while you are creating the repair disk for same. So if you can then please let me tell you that you should check the system by running the System File Checker. To run the following you have to go through the below given step.

    • Log in as Administrator
    • Click on start
    • Click on Run
    • Type CMD and hit enter
    • Now type then sfc/scannow
    • Wait until the process complete.

Use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue, and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
    2. Type the sfc /scannow command, and then press ENTER

The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

If you are unable to get rid of the problem you are getting then let me tell you that this problem can be resolved with the help of the Microsoft only. Just contact the Microsoft and ask about the problem you are getting and find the solution for the same. So try this out and see whether it is working for you or not.

I also encountered the same error when booting from the Recovery Disc created by a brand new Dell Inspiron 570MT computer. Tried creating the disc both on a DVD+RW disc and on a CD-R. When booting from the discs, Windows 7 appears to load, but then goes to a blank desktop and after a few minutes the error 0x4001100200001012 appears. Performed the SFC command mentioned above and it says all files are valid.
