Control panel, iTunes won't open on Vista

Hello

I am a new member to this forum, i apologize if i have posted in the wrong area. I believe my computer has become infected with a virus. My itunes will not open, My control panel will not open, any kind of system tools do not open up. i tried to uninstall my i tunes but it just freezes up. My computer (laptop) is an Hp pavilion, with windows vista. also i have windows one live care but it also does not open.

iTunes, Control Panel, even windows one live care won't open. hey friend, the only thing i can suggest you is just do a complete format of your system and reinstall Windows again. Your system is strongly infected by the viruses. After installing the fresh Windows and installation of all your required softwares and application, Scan your system with good and updated Antivirus Program. Will suggest you to go with Microsoft Security Essentials, am using it and its best.

What, How to format ? YOu will need a Windows Vista Installation DVD, and.... its a long process buddy, i cant describe it in this one post. Also i'll suggest you not to attempt the same alone for the first time. Ask some one in your friends who know how to install Windows or any operating system. Its easy but lengthy. You will get learned in the first time itself.
