Operating system not found vaio cr 354

I always get stuck on vaio logo when i start my computer after a long time.
I have to press the f2 key and then bios password screen comes and i press esc since i don't know the password. Then boot menu pops up then i select internal hard disk then my computer works. Everytime i have repeat the same thing to make the computer work. Is it a software problem or hardware problem? I tried vaio hardware diagnostics but it showed everything ok. Pls can u help me people?

Did you compress your C:\ recently? Is there a message about Ntbtlog?? Any error messages at all? Have you checked your disk drive to make sure it's not trying to boot off anything?? Have you re-partitioned your drive of late? Do you have restore disks? The only way i can think of is performing a repair on your machine, what operating system do you have?

just wondering why you dont know the bios password ? you need to go inside the bios to check the boot order of you machine ...might be a bios config only
