    command prompt problem

    Dear Sir,

    Click Start menu>click Run> enter CMD> type "ipconfig" then error appear as

    C:\>ipconfig
    'ipconfig' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

    Please tell me why????

    There are two possible reason for the same. The first is to check your system for some virus or spyward. It can be a virus issue. Keep your antivirus program up to date and then check back. The second reason for this can be a misconfigured Path environmental variable. So for that you might need to download some fix from the Microsoft site. Just check for some latest update for Windows.
