windows folder is increasing its size!!

hi guys! i've windows XP Pro SP3 installed in my pc.i've 24.8GB of total space in my C:/ drive(80GB hard disk) now-a-days i'm facing low space problem in C:/ drive.
now i've found that my Windows folder is increasing its size, yesterday it was of 13.9GB but today it is of 14.7GB. i have not installed any program in my pc. i've just downloaded the movies in C:/ drive.i've already performed disk Clean up before and after downloading the movies.
please tell me that is it a normal process that my Windows folder is increasing its size or there is something wrong?

If you want to increase the size in windows then you have to perform the settings in a C drive and then go in program files there is a option of folder icons then you have do as per your requirement and increase a size of your folder .
